AOX Ventures reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services with or without notice at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete project requirements and feedback.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are to be made as per the agreed project milestones or subscription terms. Invoices must be paid on time. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of service.

Accepted payment methods and terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice. Any applicable taxes or charges must be borne by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all source code, designs, and deliverables developed during a project remain the property of AOX Ventures until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared with us unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

AOX Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. AOX Ventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

10. Updates to Terms

AOX Ventures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
