Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aox Ventures, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and exceptional customer support. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process clear and fair.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of a service or subscription by contacting us at baljeet@aoxventures.com.
  • For subscription-based plans, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Project-based services can only be canceled before the execution or development phase begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered if a customer cancels within 7 days of initial payment and no service has been delivered.
  • If there is a verified technical issue or service deficiency that our support team cannot resolve, a refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services or platform access that have already been utilized.
  • Custom solutions or consultations that have been initiated.
  • Refunds requested after 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
